100 GB storage for $1.99 per month—unable to redeem offer
Hi All,
I got a free 100GB dropbox storage from my HP Laptop buy.
Have been used it for a year and now it have been expired.
Yesterday I got an email offer from dropbox, a special offer a 100GB storage for just $1,99/month. Hey this's just suit my need instead of that huge 2TB.
I click the link, there are not only 100GB but also 200, 500GB and 1TB too.
But any of the link " Redeem Offer" I click, there's nothing but blank page, I can't continue to buy.
Anyone have a solution for this issue?

Have you tried opening the link in the email from a different browser?

I tried on Opera and Edge on my laptop, and Chrome on my phone, and none of them are work.

The problem I had was solved with the help of support. I have therefore deleted my question here.
