Can’t access original email to cancel an old subscription
I create another account awhile ago. I want to cancel it, but I have no way of accessing it. The email I used was deleted, and non existent. Not able to be restored. I’ve taken every single step recommended. With no luck. I am reaching out here, from my basic level account, so I can’t talk to anyone in customer service. I’m hoping someone can help me just delete my inaccessible account. I still am charged monthly for that account so maybe it can just be deleted by verifying that info? Please help!

You need to contact support via http://www.dropbox.com/support while not logged in anywhere, even here. So best thing to do is use an incognito window. That will help you.
OR, I believe if you use a credit card you can use https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge to find the account and there is a contact option there.
