Can’t cancel subscription and not allowed to delete account

When I go to delete account it says I’m not allowed to. Been trying to cancel subscription. Please help

    Can you let me know exactly what you see when you try to delete your account?

    And why are you not able to cancel your subscription? 

    Any additional info or screenshots that would better explain the issue, are welcome.

    I’m on an iPhone. It doesn’t give me the option to change the subscription and when I try and delete it says I’m not allowed

    Do you remember how you originally created this account?

    Did you create it with an email and password or did you sign in with Google/Apple?

    I see. In that case, since you have a paid account, I would suggest reaching out to our support team directly so they can help you cancel your subscription before deleting the account.

    Let us know when you have your ticket number!
