Can I access my free trial if I cancelled it right away?
I canceled my trial right after signing up to make sure I wouldn't be charged for a renewal, but now I don't have the capabilities of the paid subscription. How do I access the trial?

Hi juliaguli8, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
When you upgraded to trial, was this from the Dropbox site or via the Dropbox mobile app?
What payment method did you provide for the trial when you signed up?
This will help me to assist further!

Thanks! It was on the Dropbox site and I provided a credit card.

Thanks for the info. In general, if you were using a credit card, the trial would end at the end of the 1 month trial.
Only when using PayPal would the trial end immediately.
Since it seems like the trial has ended, you would be returned to the Basic plan without access to the paid options or features on the trial.

Thanks - I just signed up today, so I was confused when the trial is no longer available, before I even started it.

Same issue for me. I paid with credit card online, then cancelled early and was immediately downgraded
