Can we have more options for smaller plans?
Dear Team
I would like to suggest you to provide the small space to the user. For example when I went out of space you may provide the extra space of 50 gb or 100 gb for a small amount. If you are charging Rs. 800 for two tb so for 100 gb is aroung Rs. 40. you may charge 50 for the same per month.
I am sure it will give you lots of customer.
Because I am using onedrive for synchronizing the file in Cloude. But for Linux I want to use Dropbox. Surely I do not want to pay at present both the place. But if I will get the flexible plan. I will take the same even though the present free plan is sufficient. Because I am very old user of dropbox and want to contribute for his gratitude.

I am sure it will give you lots of customer.Dropbox has trialed smaller plans many times, even recently with their Basic Plus offering, and it just doesn't work that way. They end up losing money from the people that end up downgrading to the smaller plan.
If you still want to see something like this happen, I'd suggest adding your voice to one of the many other ideas asking for this. The move votes an idea gets, the better chance there is that Dropbox will consider it. If everyone posts the same idea on their own, they get very little traction.
Try searching the Ideas section for other topics like yours and add your vote to them.

Hi afzalindian,
Can you check if you belong to one of these countries who are eligible for Basic Extra : https://help.dropbox.com/plans/dropbox-basic-extra
If yes, you can log in to your Dropbox Basic 2GB account, and click this link : http://www.dropbox.com/buy/basic-extra
You can also check your mobile device if you are eligible for our lower plans such as Dropbox Simple 500 GB

Hope this helps,
:)
