Can you help me redeem my HP promotion?

I have new hp laptop and noticed can have extra 200 gb for dropbox.  I loaded clicked on the DB on the new computer and it opened with an old email i had used a many years ago.  no matter what I did the old account would open.  anyway, eventually deleted that DB app and was able to load from my current account.  but there is nothing anywhere about being able to load the extra memory.   Any suggestions??   thanks.

    The promotion can only be claimed through the Dropbox app that's preinstalled on the computer. If you've removed it, there's no way to claim the bonus. If possible, you'd need to reset the computer back to its factory image (assuming Dropbox is part of it) and then try to claim the bonus.
