Cancellation of subscription - how to contact support

We were using Dropbox for a Business which no longer exists, same with the email address. Unfortunately we should have cancelled our subscription 3 years ago, but have kept paying from my personal account.

 

I have found the Dropbox template letter which allows you to fill in details of how payments etc are being taken, allowing Dropbox to cancel our account, but do I have to post it overseas (from Australia) or is there an email address I can send it to?

    If I understand correctly, you’re referring to this template, right?

     

    Out of curiosity, did you try these steps, and they didn’t help?

     

    If not, what you can do instead, to get in direct contact with our support team about this, is to follow these steps. Once you’ve followed them, you should receive a ticket number to your email address. Please pass that ticket number on to me, and I’ll leave our team an internal note on your behalf. 

     

    Keep me posted for any updates.
