Cancelling account for a former employee
I need to cancel the dropbox account of a former employee, which is biiled through my AMEX card, but I cannot log in to the account.
I tried all respective support options, but always end up in dead en roads:
> I tried with "review transfer details" - bu this shows only the last payment for MY own account, not that of the emplyoyee
> I also tried submitting the 12 digit code from my AMEX payment, but the system balks (does not accept) my last 4 digits and expiration date from my card (I tried several times - and yes, from the correct card)
Also in my AMEX payment log, I find 2 different payments, of March and of April 2022 - so I seem to have paid twice back than.
HOW can I email or upload my payment records with all details to DROPBOX - if I can NOT access my ex-employee's account? Thank you

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
