Dropbox Direct debit card declined, now my premium account is gone.
Hello everybody!
I dind't know that there wasn't enough money on my account this month. So dropbox couldn't get the monthly money off it. Now my premium account is gone. Do i have to start a whole new account or do i fix it?
I am afraid that if i will take a new premium account, they will double my monthly card.
Does anyone know how to work with this?

Hey Nadine04, thanks for posting here today!
I suggest you take a look at your account's plan page first.
If you see that your account has downgraded to our free, Basic version, then you can try to re-subscribe to the paid version. This will only be one charge essentially.
