Dropbox Replay Add-on still asks me to upgrade, since I've reached the limit.

Hello! Another dropbox user paid for the Add-on Dropbox Replay and put it on my account so I could upload unlimited files.

This worked.. but after an hour suddenly i got the 'Upgrade now/Limit of 4 files reached' Popup..

Any help?

Hi RobinDMSTS, let's jump right into this!

Would you mind clarifying the subscription you're currently using?

Feel free to also send me a screenshot of the error message you get on your end, in order for me to have a visual too.

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

    Hi Megan!

    --

    " Dropbox Advanced

    You’re a member of ... Dropbox account. "

So I don't have the Advanced, I have nothing, no subscription.

    Team admin has it.

Myself, I do not have a subscription. But I'm member of a Dropbox Advanced account,

the owner of that Dropbox Advanced account has paid for the Replay Add On for me.

I inserted screenshots from the error messages!
Thank you for the quick response

Hey RobinDMSTS, thank you for the fast reply!

Based on the info you've provided it seems that either the add-on was added from the team admin to a different member, or that it wasn't added at all.

Would you mind asking your team admin to double check?

Hi Megan, My team admin def. did add the add-on, paid for it. As I wouldn't be able to drop more than 4 videos at once if he hadn't. I even got the pop-up window saying "You've acquired Replay.. Learn about.." It was after an hour or so it randomly reset and kept me from adding more videos, now I've got the pop-ups i sent you in the post above.

So there almost seems no other way then this to be a bug..

Again, my team admin did provide the add-on for me, not a different member.

As a staff member, do you have any Helpful tips&tricks or something you recommend I could do?

    Thank you.

Welcome email i've got when the Add On was bought for me:

What are the requirements for a dropbox user to be able to keep using Replay Add-On?

Do I need a Dropbox advanced/premium account, anything? Again, I have no subscriptions..
