Dropbox Unlimited plan has limited the storage to 135 max.

I am part of the Dropbox Unlimited business plan. Looks like the Dropbox has limited the storage to 135 max. Is the storage space divided equally among all users or it is upto the admin of the group to divide the total storage? We all share the subscription costs equally but I am confused about the storage share of each member.
