Got a PayPal charge but I'm on a Basic account

Hello!

I changed my Dropbox subscription to basic (free) but forgot to cancel the PayPal subscription.

Today my PayPal account charged the renewal even my dropbox subscription is free.

Can you please help me?

    Do you see your latest payment on your payments page?

    If not, reaching out to our support team would be the best next step in resolving this.

    You can contact them by opening a private browsing/incognito window and going to this page.

    Submit your request and let us know when you have your ticket number.

    Hey arturocruztorres, sorry to jump in. 

    From what I can see, the ticket has ended up in a queue that’s not being generally monitored. Were you signed in to a Dropbox account while opening the ticket perhaps? 

    If yes, no worries; we can go ahead and open a ticket for you instead, so that we can look into this.
