Having difficulties while trying to cancel my subscription.
Make it possible to cancel your subscription!! I have written requesting cancellation each month for the last three months only to be ignored the first two times and then an the third occasion i was at least acknowledged but the request was not actioned.

It's very easy to cancel a subscription. If you subscribed through the Dropbox website you can find the option to cancel at the bottom of your Subscriptions page. If you don't see the option, then the account you're signed in to is not on an active subscription (i.e. there's nothing to cancel for that account).
If you're not sure what account you're being charged for, you can use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account that you're paying for. This is especially helpful if your Plan page shows that you're on the Basic plan, which would mean you're paying for a different account than the one you're signed in to at the moment.
If you subscribed through a mobile device, you need to use the Subscriptions options within the app store for the device (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.) to cancel a mobile subscription.

How, exactly? You can't just send an email to Dropbox to cancel a subscription. You either need to use the options I listed above, or you need to contact Support directly if you subscribed through the website, or Apple/Google if you subscribed on the device.
To contact Support, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
