Having trouble cancelling a paid subscription
Hi - I am trying to cancel a payment which is going out each month of £16.99 - the paid plan was cancelled and we have a free account not but are still being charged. When I log into our plan and click on the billing part it says there is an error and I am unable to cancel from this point I would like to contact an agent or support to aid in sorting this out

Hey john g.84, sorry to hear that.
Are the payments made through a credit card or through iTunes/Google Play?
If you're paying through a credit card, can you please search for the payment here? It should show you the email address tied to the paid account; is it the account you're logging into, which is giving you the error you mentioned?
If so, can you also send us a screenshot of the error?
Thanks in advance!

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
