How can I cancel a personal Dropbox subscription?

I have had a Basic Plus plan for many years and get billed monthly. Recently I discovered that my plan was downgraded to Basic back in January (something to do with a new laptop I purchased). I want to cancel but don't know how to proceed since no billing info show under the account now.

    Hi Bbudkie - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

    Can you please clarify what is shown in your plan tab? Also, do you happen to have another Dropbox account that's associated with a different email address of yours perhaps?

    Did you upgrade through the website directly or via the app store on a mobile device in the first place?

    Any additional information is more than welcome!

    It shows a Dropbox Basic plan and that my personal Dropbox is full and needs to be upgraded.This the only dropbox account I have and the files in the account are the same ones as always.

    The original upgrade was years ago so it would have been from the website.

    The payments are not showing in my account but are on my cc statements.

    Hey Bbudkie​ let me jump in here! 

    Do you see any recent billing statements, or just old ones? I'm asking, because you mentioned that the account was downgraded back in January.

    I was thinking that you could try our self-serve look up tool if you haven't already. That should give you an idea of the email address linked to the charges in question, so that maybe we can exclude a second account.
