How can I cancel my Dropbox plan, if I can't access my account?
I have 2FA set up so it says I need to enter the code sent to my old email account when i try to log in. However, the company which set up my email address I used no longer exists.
I cannot log in and change my email (as the bot so unhelpfully suggests) due to the 2FA.
I will be billed unless I cancel the subscription.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
