How can I find which Dropbox accounts I'm being charged for?

I have a free account but I use my credit card to pay Dropbox for some customers. How can I find out which account has just renewed in January 2025? The credit card summary only says "Dropbox Db.Tt/Cchelp". Thank you, Matteo

Thanks for the fast reply Rich!

Wow, that could be a great tool but I haven't the 12 digit code in the description and the credit card customer support give me only a 23 numeric code (I suppose the VISA transaction ID). I can't use the "Billing Help Request" because I don't know what account charged my card because this is my question! 😑

Hey Flake, hope it’s OK for me to jump in.

To open a help request with our support team, you’ll need to open an incognito window on your current browser and, while NOT being signed in to ANY Dropbox account, you can open a ticket from this page with your own info.

You don’t need to know which Dropbox account you’ve been charged for; you can just provide your card info and our support team will look into this.

Hi Flake, I've gone ahead and prioritized that request to expedite matters on your behalf.

I can also see that a support agent has already responded to your query regarding this matter.
