How can someone downgrade from Dropbox Business to Plus?
Hi All,
A customer of us is currently using Dropbox Business with almost 2Tb of data in a 5Tb plan. 1,6Tb is in a team folder and is very important data.
The customer doesn't have any team members anymore and is the only user at this moment. Therefore she want's to downgrade to Dropbox Plus. We wan't to have almost no downtime in working time and we specially don't want to loose any data. What is the best way to perform this downgrade?
- Move/copy data from the team folders to the personal folder in de online Dropbox portal? (user is admin) over the weekend?
- Cancel Dropbox Business plan
- After canceling business plan, upgrade to Dropbox Plus plan?
Is there some automatic data-transfer from the Team-folders to the personal folder of the admin? It's not pretty clear for us and we don't want to loose data.
Thanks for the responds.
Jannes

Hi Jannes Clepkens, thanks for messaging the Community.
The best option would be for that user to contact our support team directly to see if there is something that can be done on their end.
They could have more options available in this situation.
