how to apply a lifetime license key for Dropbox purchased at the apple store

I purchased the key and have the receipt with order ID and document number through Apple, but apparently Dropbox requires the actual license key which is not on the receipt. Dropbox wants my credit card number, but of course they will not find my order because I ordered it through Apple. Help!

    Currently, there isn't a lifetime plan with Dropbox, either via the Dropbox site, app or from any retailers.

     

    Are you certain that you purchased this from an official Apple store, and that this was for Dropbox, not another cloud provider? What exactly was the purchase for according to the receipt, and how much was it for?
