Hi there, KRo24, thanks for posting your question today.
When you first reach out to our Support team, an automated email with the ticket number comes to your email's inbox.
Can you check both your inbox and your spam folder, in case it went there?
Keep me posted.

Yep. I have the email! However, they are SUPPOSED to be sending me INVOICES! Instead, I keep getting emails that says "there is an update on your support ticket." But....I can't seem to find the update AND no one has sent me invoices. I NEED these for taxes and it is beyond frustrating that I can't get to them!

Hi KRo24, you should receive emails from the support team with information, and not view it on the site.
Do you have the ticket ID from when you contacted the team?
