I bought Dropbox Plus and still only have 2 GB of storage.
What the title says exactly. The Dropbox plus plan offers 2 TB of additional storage and I still am maxed out at 2 GB after purchasing Dropbox plus.

Did you purchase through the Dropbox website or through one of the mobile app stores (Apple/Google Play)?

I purchased through the website using PayPal.

I also purchased it last night. When I open the app on my iPad it says my current plan is Plus but I still am at capacity for storage at 2 GB.

Hey @Blakeliv, thanks for posting here!
Would you mind clarifying what you see when visiting your plan page online? What is the subscription you see there?
Keep me posted!

It says under subscriptions: Dropbox plus. It says that it comes with 2 TB of storage and underneath that it says my personal account storage is 2GB/2GB

Hey Blakeliv , I'd love to have a visual of this, if you don't mind.

If you already sent it, I was having issues with my email storage as well. If you could send it again I would appreciate it.
