I cancelled my free trial but got an email saying that I'll be charged.

As the title says, I cancelled my Dropbox backup trial from Seagate (6months) like 4 months ago via the support and got it removed immediately but yesterday I got an email that I'll be charged after a week. Is it a bug? Can't seem to get a human in the support

    Hey superuserdo, let's see what we can find about this!

    Can you check your account's plan page and let me know what it reports? 

    You also mentioned that you cancelled your trial by directly contacting our Support. Do you happen to have the ticket number, in order for me to check on our system? 

    One last thing: did you receive the message in the same email address that your cancelled Dropbox account is connected to? Just asking in case you might accidentally have two Dropbox accounts.

      It says dropbox basic. And yes it was the same email as I told them to instantly cancel it and it did reflect to my account.

      Also I don't think I have a ticket number because it was the chat. I couldn't find it, lmk if I gotta look somewhere else.

        Hey superuserdo, I hope it's okay to jump in here.

        You should have received an email with the chat transcript when the chat ended, to the email address associated with your Dropbox account.

        This should include a ticket number, would you mind checking and let me know what you find?
