I can't cancel my Dropbox for teams trial
Hello i have DROPBOX PROFFESIONAL and today i signed by mistake to Trial of dropbox business which this downgrade my account to 2 tb and i have 4 TB how i can downgradrade since i get error 500 when i try to down grade ? I am attaching all the printscreens of the process to see also !

Can you please send me a screenshot of what you currently see in your plan page here?
If you log in to your account from a different browser, do you get the same behavior when you try to cancel your trial?
Keep me posted and we'll go from there.

Hi louisgabrielcy,
I believe you have already requested to cancel the trial and it is scheduled to cancel at the end of the 30 days, however, you will have to pick a plan for this either with the Standard Plan 5TB or the Advanced Plan 15TB ( which you currently trialed) as you are currently using 3.8TB already .
