I can't cancel subscription free trial mobile.
I installed the app and signed up. I was automatically assigned a free trial plan. I did not activate any other, but I was notified in the app that in a month the payment will be automatically debited and assigned a paid plan. I read all the instructions, but I can not cancel my plan. I do not have a tab anywhere with cancellation of the current plan. I ask the administration to cancel my subscriptions and future payments.

Did you upgrade using Apple or Google PlayStore by any chance? If so, can you try following these steps?
