I can't change my billing cycle from annual to monthly.

Can't change payment time from annualy to monthly, and I can't downtrend the the plan

    Are you getting any errors, when trying to update your billing cycle, or does the option not appear at all? 

     

    What happens if you try to downgrade your Dropbox account instead?

        How are you paying now? Is it via the website or a third party such as Google Play?

         

        Have you tried clearing cache and cookies?
