I can't contact the support team for a refund.
I found DropBox on the web.
I thought it would be helpful for something I was working on.
I sign up for and was billed on my Visa for $17.91, I deleted my account, and told them, I would r not request a refund for the first payment. I thought the whole thing was resolved. But no, they took another payment on my visa again for $17.91. I tried to find a customer service phone number, but of course they don't have one. I tried other means but trying to contact billing, to explain the whole ordeal but to no avail. This is a ripoff, and I am going to advertise there scam so other people get caught in this scam. I will be cancelling my card and contacting the Better Business Bureau in there area. If there is anyone else caught up with similar issues , let me know. FXman

You can simply contact Support and they will resolve the matter for you.
Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Thanks for your suggestion, but I tried that and it was another runaround.

yes I would appreciate that if you would. I simply want to quit DropBox and any more payments.
