I can't find a way to contact support regarding a billing issue.

This has to be the abosolute worse support system for a company I've ever encountered.

You can not directly access anything. Phone no's listed are no longer good.   Email address for support are no longer a supported email box and you provide no real help in reaching anyone via email or phone or text. with a billing question.

I can't find anywhere on my account, what type of account I have and when you call for a rep to call you back, you want me to list some time of an acct code which again is not listed anywhere on my account.

I need to speak to somone in billing/subscriptions.
