I can't redeem my Dell license key for Dropbox Plus; I'm told to contact support.

I have 3 Dropbox Plus keys I purchased from Dell that I would like to redeem to my Dropbox acccount.  When I try to redeem the keys I experience the following:

  1. Go to https://www.dropbox.com/pro/redeem_key
  2. Attempt to redeem key
  3. Receive the following error: 
    Error redeeming and activating license key, please contact support.

    Hi, I have tried http://www.dropbox.com/coupon, but that didn't work.

    The Dell page and emails also make no mention of a validity / time limit.  I have been unable to contact them so far.

    The only thing I can use when not logged in using that support link is the chatbot, which doesn't lead anywhere.  I also can't open a support ticket because I'm currently not on a paid plan.
