I have a Basic account and you keep billing me. How can I be refunded?
I have a basic account and have no payment history yet you are charging me each month. This have been going on for the past several months. You need to refund what you have erroneously billed!!!
Please stop. Since I have a basic account, there is no way to contact you other than trying to submit this note.

Dropbox cannot charge you without you giving them your card details or your card being hacked/cloned by somebody. If its the latter you need to speak to your card provider.
Use https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge to see what account you've actually upgraded, go to that one and then cancel payments on it.
Also, I've taken your email off as if not its likely to be used for scams.
