I have a Dropbox team trial but got charged for my personal plan - can I get a refund?
I am currently on a trial of a team plan. I switched to a trial plan before the billing date, but additional personal account payments were made afterwards and I need a refund. Could I get a refund?

Hey Hyejin lee, welcome to our Community!
When you start a Dropbox team trial, it's expected for your personal plan to continue in the background.
This happens in case you want to cancel the trial and continue with your original plan.
If you do decide to keep the trial team and upgrade to a paid plan, you'll automatically receive a prorated refund for your personal plan.
