I have a team of 3 but it says the minimum is 4 licenses

Hello I have a team of 3 including myself I want a team account but it says the minimum is 4 licenses. Is there a better plan around this

  • I figured it out, It was in the back end I had to delete 2 licenses, When i set up my free trial I set it up for 5 licenses. I got them back to 3 then renewed my subscription. Thank you all for helping.

Can you provide a screenshot where it's showing that? The minimum number of licenses has always been 3, not 4.

Hey Musa Shroukh  welcome to the community! 👋

Thanks for reaching out about your team setup, I totally get how confusing the minimum license message can be, especially when you’re managing a small team. I'm glad to see you got it sorted thanks to our Super User's Rich and Mark 💪.

I’m Theresa, one of the community managers here at Dropbox HQ 👩‍💻. You’ll see me around the forums helping out and getting to know our members. 😊

I’d love to hear, what’s your team’s favourite way to use Dropbox together? Any tools or workflows you rely on daily?
