I keep getting monthly bills from Dropbox and I can't contact anyone for a refund.
Hi, I have a problem with dropbox. I tried contacting the billing team and they havent got back to me yet and its been 3 days since. I never received any response from them.
I just noticed at my online banking that they've been deducting money from my bank account since November 2024! every. single. month.
Any advice??????? It's really annoying that I can't give them a call.

Can you send me any ticket numbers you may have, so that I can take a look for you?
As for the monthly charges you keep getting, can you please check your bank statement and let me know if you see any reference to iTunes/Google Play, next to your Dropbox payments? I’d like to make sure that you’re being billed directly from Dropbox and go from there.
Let me know what you find.

Support doesn't work on the weekends so you'll need to wait until Monday, at the earliest, for a response. Nancy would have created a ticket for you, but it's the Support team that needs to handle it.
