Welcome back to the forum, Rombout V.!
Can you send me a few screenshots of what you see on your end, when opening your Dropbox mobile app and going to your Account tab?
Also, since your email address will be showing on the screenshot, please make sure to mask it first.
Let me know when you’re ready.

Thanks for the screenshots, Rombout V.! They really help.
Regarding the error you’re getting on the mobile app (when trying to view more details on your Dropbox plan), are you having any issues if you open your Google Play app directly and view your Dropbox subscription from there?
Also, about the Dropbox website, are you seeing similar errors, if you open it via a different browser?

I have a free plan, does that matter?
I don't have a subscription for anything. But it shouldn't matter, it should show something inbelieve, even if you don't have a plan.
I'll try to view it in windows browser. On chrome mobile in also get a blank notifications page, so probably same errore

HI Rombout V., if you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try uninstalling the app, rebooting the device, and re-installing it to see if this helps?

Well I am basic plan. I already tried uninstall a ND it still shows. Guess another limitation of the free plan
