I need a clarification about the amount of my annual payment
Hello!
I have a question about my Subscription. Dropbox has reminded me about annual payment and said: "$119.88 per year. Renewal on November 1, 2024 for $ 143.86 (with additions and applied discounts)". I doublecheked my tariff and and I don't have additions. Could anybody please clarify me, why it is $ 143.86 inseat of $119.88?
Hey Sabinna, thanks for your post and happy Friday!
The price of your plan should be the same as the one you see in your billing history.
Since we can't access info specific to your account through the Community, if you have questions that require that kind of access, I would suggest reaching out to our support team directly.
They'll be able to see all the relevant info and assist you further.
Let me know if you need anything else.
