I need an urgent refund; I had cancelled my plan, but the charge still went through.
Not long ago, I requested the cancellation of Dropbox. However, the payment was made on my card as it was not canceled.
I request a refund. (I am not using the product at all at the moment.) Also, I don't want to use Dropbox anymore. Please cancel it as well.
Suddenly, a lot of money has been paid, so I don't have any money on hand right now. please
Please give me a quick refund.
As a result of my email inquiry, I received an answer from the community to solve it, so I wrote this.
