I using dropbox Plus for few years.

I paid for this year, and my dropbox still not reflect the change after I made payment.

No customer support to reach for my issue, so trouble.

Payment successful however my dropbox still under Basic.

All my documents not able to sync to Dropbox.

Any customer support can contact me as soon.

Are you sure you upgraded your existing account, and didn't create a new one by mistake? It's a pretty common thing to do. Use the credit card charge lookup tool to verify the account you upgraded.

Hey Sharon_, hope it’s OK to jump in.

Can you send me a screenshot of what you see on your Plan page here

Here’s how you can upload it to the forum afterwards:

I paid $11.99 on Sept 20th and my account is now saying i don't have enough storage space even though the $11.99 plan should be more than adequate.  Does the monthly subscription go 30 Days from when purchased or by end of the month?  Of course I can't get anyone from Dropbox support to handle since they consider me a non paying customer

Are you sure you upgraded your current account and didn't end up creating a new one? Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account that you're paying for.

You can still contact Support for a billing issue. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
