I upgraded, but Dropbox asks me to upgrade. Why?
Hi, I have performed and paid for an upgrade to Dropbox Plus (2Gb). However, Dropbox keeps saying that My Dropbox is full and that I need to upgrade!!!
Is there anybody who can urgently help me?? I would be VERY grateful!

Hi Zorba99, welcome to our Community!
Do you remember perhaps whether you upgraded your account directly from the Dropbox website or via Google Play/iTunes?
What does your plan page report?
If you have the transaction ID that is linked to your charges, you can also take a look here.
Keep me posted for any updates!

Hi, I have performed and paid for an upgrade to Dropbox Plus (2Tb). However, Dropbox keeps saying that My Dropbox is full and that I need to upgrade!!! Because my account status is now a sort of 'in between Basic and Plus' I'm stuck and not able to ask for and to get support...
In the meantime a tried different options: logout and login again, tried to perform a new upgrade. All without any success. Dropbox says I have Dropbox Plus, but keeps saying to upgrade... :-((
HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

Megan,
I upgraded via the Dropbox website.
The plan Page says I have Dropbox Plus now.
I've paid the amount today and it is written off my account.

Hi Zorba99, where do you see this message?
Also, other than your Plus plan, what is the storage shown on your plan page?
- Zorba9923 days agoExplorer | Level 3
It says that 13,3 Gb of 13,25 Gb has been used! There's nothing about 2Tb!!!!
The upgrade message is shown on three different places: 1) when I hit the Dropbox button on the right side of the Windows taskbar, 2) when I go into my account details after login on the website and 3) when I start the app on my phone.... Btw it says that I can upgrade for 30 days free (which is not true, because the amount is already written of my bank account).
Is there anyway I can send you some screenshots?

Hi Zorba99, you should be able to click on the camera-like icon and attach your screenshots here.
Make sure none of your personal info is shown there, thanks!

Sorry, but there is no camera like icon.... :-((

Maybe you can send me an email on which I can reply with a few screenshots.

Just to be sure: all remarks are in Dutch!
