I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund for my payment
I immediately want to cancel a subscription I never use. I cannot find how to cancel and refund my subscription at once. I have used your service for years.

If you subscribed through the Dropbox website you can easily cancel your subscription from the bottom of your Subscriptions page. If you subscribed on a mobile device, you'll need to go through the Subscriptions for that devices app store.

When you cancel a subscription, you're cancelling any future charges and you'll retain your current account benefits until your next billing cycle, at which point your account will downgrade back to a Basic (i.e. free) account.
In most cases, subscriptions fees are non-refundable.
