I want to upgrade my Dropbox account, but I don't have an option to update my billing info.

I need to update my billing info (and upgrade my account) - I have moved countries and need to update billing info/card - but logging in to manage my account and billing, I *do not* have the "Update billing information" option. 
All it says is "Contact Support to update billing" - but when I try to contact support, it won't let me because of the level of my account (Basic)

I just get told to upgrade to access live chat. But I can't upgrade because I need to update my billing info.

So I'm caught in a loop - where Support have to help me update my billing but I can't get through to them.

How do I do this?

    Hey Mikecmc, thanks for posting here.

    If you’re currently on a free Basic plan, you should be able to upgrade directly to the subscription of your choice here by inserting your updated payment details (since you’re not currently on a paid plan, there shouldn’t be any billing info stored in our system for you to update).

    Let me know if this doesn’t work for you, though.
