I was billed for a paid plan without notification following a trial. Can I be refunded?
I recently started a trial for certain services, including fax services and another business, but yesterday I noticed that my account was charged $60 in total. I did not receive any notification email about this charge. I did not actively use these services during the period.
Given this situation, I want to cancel my subscription and request a refund. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you!

Thanks for posting on our Community today, KD123456.
Is there any chance you signed up for a Dropbox Sign or Dropbox Fax trial and not a Dropbox subscription?
Have you also checked your email address’s spam folder and there’s no email there about your upgrade?
Let me know once you have more info.

Thank you for your response, Nancy! Yes, they are Dropbox Sign or Dropbox Fax trials. And there's no email in spam or junk folders.

Just as a warning to others. You are told repeatedly upon signing up for the trial that at the end of it you will be charged - this is on the signup screens AND via email confirmations. The email confirmations include a link to cancel on them. Not using them doesn't mean its cancelled.
