I'd like to upgrade my Dropbox account to Plus and change the billing address
Hi,
I would like to purchase a Dropbox subscription (2 TB version) for my work. I will advance the money and then get it back from my boss. To do this, I have to enter his company and the company's address in the billing address.
Unfortunately, I can't find how to change the billing address on the Dropbox website... as I'm afraid I won't be able to change the address later, I haven't taken out the subscription yet.
How do I make sure that the company's address is on the invoice and not just my name?
I live in Germany, by the way.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

Hi EJ Jung,
If you are planning to purchase the Dropbox Plus Plan 2TB , this plan doesn't have the capability to change the billing address . This is the only thing you can do on a Dropbox Plus Plan , please refer to this link : https://help.dropbox.com/billing/plus-change-invoice-information
If you really need this kind of capability, you have to be at least on the Dropbox Essentials Plan 3TB that allows you to change your billing name or address . You can refer on this link: https://help.dropbox.com/billing/change-information

So it's not possible to enter my address before I take out the subscription? My employer only pays for the 2TB subscription...
Surely it must be possible for me to issue an invoice to the company address anyway?- Rich

Not on the Plus account, at least not officially. You may be able to change the name on the account to enter extra information that's needed, but there is no billing address field on the Plus account. It's considered a personal account, not business, so it doesn't have all of the options available for invoicing that the business accounts have, such as Essentials.

I'm on the Essentials plan, and there's a section in the Billing area that allows you to add details to your invoice, such as a billing address. I don't know if this is available on Plus as the Plus plan is considered a personal plan and Essentials is considered (sort of) a business plan.
