I'm not sure I chose the 30-day trial period. How can I check that?

Hi Rita15, welcome to our Community!

Can you maybe try to visit your plan page directly through this link? If so, what subscription do you see there?

Did you upgrade to a trial via the Dropbox site or the mobile app? Feel free to also have a look at this Help Center article.

    Let me know more!

    Hi Megan,

It is written Dropbox Basic. Is this the trial period or just a free plan?

    Thanks!

Hey Rita15, it sounds like you're using a free account.

This is what I understood, I hope I won't be charged. Thank you!
