I'm paying for a Dropbox Plus subscription but my plan shows that I have a 2 GB account
So I would love to just get my work done but Dropbox has other ideas. No problem I’ll just call customer support and speak with a live agent and get this knocked out in 5 mins. Nope Dropbox hates their customers and can’t be bothered apparently. And because my account is saying I have the basic plan instead of the one I PAY for who knows maybe I could talk to someone if they had my account right.
It says I have another account with this Apple account and therefore can’t upgrade to a better plan. Which would fix the problem because it’s saying I’m out of storage. It says I’ve used 20 G of 2g or something. Then it says I’m already on the upgraded plan and it’s paid up till June 30th. So I checked and it shows my devices only and shows it’s this apple account as the payee.
Anyone have any ideas or experiences on this one? I’m so sorry to be so mad. I swear half my adult life is just being prevented from getting my work done by faceless companies that love my money but despise their customers. They just can’t be bothered. Add Dropbox to the list.

There is no phone support at all, except for business users and even that is outbound only.

The account is right, you must be logged in to the other one. It isnt possible to have 2 accounts on one email unless you are using something like Apple hide my email OR Google and using the Google account log on and email.

Where are you seeing this? What screens are showing that?

Well then we have a different problem because I’ve changed nothing since yesterday and I used it extensively over the last month under this account and the plus payment subscription. Again nothing has changed on my part.
So on your advice I checked the email that is linked to my Apple ID. Yep my plan was switched to that account.
I know for a fact it wasn’t yesterday because I used my Jay account extensively and everything was great.
so let me say thank you and now I guess I have to transfer everything to this old account and delete the other. Just more wasted time.

Actually I’ll just delete this app and go Google Drive. They have customer support. The absolute f* it on customer support is a permanent deal breaker. Got work to get down can’t be bothered to do their job for them.
