I'm paying for Professional, my Dropbox account is stuck at Basic and I can't contact support.

Title says it all. I pay for Dropbox professional (which is supposed to come with 2TB storage and access to support staff). My payment renewed 3 days ago, and since then I've not been able to upload to dropbox (as I'm exceeding the storage amount) AND I can't get in touch with anyone as I'm on a basic plan in their eyes. Need help if anyone can! 

(have double checked, yes this is the right account and yep the money has come out of my bank). Can anyone give me an email to speak to an actual person?

    I can see that you were able to contact Dropbox support in the meantime and your case has been assigned to our advanced team. Please keep checking the same email thread, and our team will get back to you there.

    In the meantime though, can you send over a full screenshot of what you see here? With Dropbox Professional, you should have 3TB of available storage space, so I’d like to have a look, as well.
