Is Dropbox Worth is for Photographers

Hiii,

I've been thinking about getting Dropbox to store large file photos for back ups rather than always having to carry/rely only hard drives.

Is it worth it when I have a lot and the files are big ? it will be more so for storage and not for clients to view. Does anyone know if I can do 5 TB for an individual ?

Hi Andrea__yeaaaa, thanks for messaging the Community!

Currently, the only plans that offer 5 TB or greater would be the Dropbox Business team on the Advanced, Enterprise or Education plans, which requires a minimum of 3 licenses to purchase.

If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.

    Thanks for responding back.

So it's not really great that plan as I am an individual and my only option is for the 2TB - but as a photographer that can fill up really quick so is it worth it ?

and what does an individual do once the 2TB is completely used up?

Dropbox Plus plans have 2 TB of quota, while Dropbox Professional plans have 3 TB of quota, so if need be, you could upgrade from the Plus plan to the Professional if you have more than 2 TB of data.

Or get a Dropbox Plus account with 2TB and purchase an extra 1 TB giving 3TB in total for a Plus account... Cheaper than a Pro account if all you need is disk space.
