Is it better to have 2 Plus accounts or a Family one?

I have an individual plus account. My wife needs a Dropbox plus account.  No other family members. It seems more cost efficient to have two individual plus accounts rather than a family account. The price is close and we would have more space. Am i missing something here? Also, costumer service is not so great. I wish there was a phone support option.

Any feedback is appreciated!!!

    Thanks for reaching out to us, jerrydonato.

    This is basically up to you, but with the Plus accounts you'll have 2 TB of space each, while with the Family plan you'd be sharing 2 TB with each other, so I guess that would be more efficient in that sense.

    Is there a phone number for costumer service. your oveseas chat is not very good!

    Again, your online overseas chat is just not very good. You can take money with no problem but you offer very little in the way of costumer support. Very disappointing!
