Is there a way get live support instead of email?

I have been emailing for a week to resolve a series of problems and still problem is not solved.  Isn’t there a way to talk to a live person?  I am tired of going in circles!

    If you are a paid user (i.e. not on a trial) then yes - www.dropbox.com/support for live chat. 

    Otherwise its all via email. 

    However, if you detail what the issue is here we may be able to offer some advice.
