Issues with redeeming the HP Dropbox promotion for my new laptop
I purchased a brand new HP laptop from Costco. It prompted me for a 100GB 12 month promotion. I clicked and logged into my account. Nothing changed. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing changed. Our of frustration, I clean installed the windows with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

It only works if you use the Dropbox that was preinstalled when coming - so uninstalling and reinstalling will cause it to be invalid.
In terms of the promo have you ever had a space boost from Dropbox before for a new device?
