I've been charged for a paid subscription but I don't have one.

So I'm having this problem, apparently I'm getting billed monthly for a paid plan when I have no paid plan currently going, spoke to someone about it told me to cancel my subscription but it doesn't appear in my active subscriptions then just deleted everything on my Dropbox including my details, next month get another email for a bill from Dropbox, why am I still paying for something I don't have? Is it a scandal?

    Hey Jakeybriley, sorry to see that you're having this kind of issue.

    What kind of charge was this? A credit card one or an iTunes/Google Play one?

    Have you tried our payment lookup tool, to see which email address this payment is linked to?

    Let me know how it goes.

    It's a Google play one but when I go on my Google play subscriptions it's not there

    Hey Jakeybriley, thanks for letting me know!

    Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly using these steps?

    You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

    Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.
