Keep getting emails from Dropbox to update my billing info or my plan will be downgraded

As the title says I was getting emails about updating my billing info about 2 weeks ago but couldn't update the info till I got my new card on Thursday. I changed the info there and then and have just received another email this morning and my plan could be downgraded to the basic plan.

Logged into the site after seeing the email and have seen that the billing info is already changed to my new details.

    Hey Mark-D, thanks for letting us know about this.

    You received this email to the correct email address associated with your paid account, right? In other words, would it be possible that this came to a different address, indicating that you have a second Dropbox subscription?

    Let me know and we'll go from there.

    Hi Hannah,

    yes this is the correct email address associated to my paid account.  I only have and use 1 dropbox account and subscription.
